  • How can I reserve a car?

    You can make a reservation online anywhere in the world, by calling the 24x7 customer care centre at any time of the day. You will need to know where and when you want to rent, and specify the car type you like. Alternatively you can call us at

  • How can I pay for my rental?

    You can pay for your rental using a Paypal Account.

  • I need to drop off the car at a different location, can I do that?

    One way rentals are possible, however bear in mind that a One way fee may be payable.

  • Are there any fees for modifying booking details or for cancelling a booking?

    Normally you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to pick up at no charges.

  • Is additional equipment available?

    Items such as child and infant seats, GPS can be reserved, subject to availability.

  • Does the car come with a full tank of fuel?

    All rental cars are provided with a full tank of fuel. For return, you return back with a full tank of fuel.

  • What's not included in the rental quote?

    Fuel - We ask customers to return the car back with a full tank of fuel.

  • Can I pay by cash?

    Cash rentals are possible in certain cases. Please contact the rental station from where you wish to rent.

  • I am going to return the car later than agreed, is that OK?

    If you need to extend your rental please call your rental station as soon as possible. If you are late by less than 29 minutes there is no need to contact us.

  • What happens if I am going to be late to picking up my car?

    If you rent at an airport and you have given us your flight number when booking, we will be aware of any delayed flights. Otherwise, please ring the rental office if you know you are going to be late.

  • How is my reservation confirmed?

    If you make an online booking or reserve your car through the call centre, we will send you a reservation confirmation by email. You can print it out and keep it for your records.

  • Do you have luxury cars?

    Yes. We have all cars ranging from a Maruti Swift to a Mercedes S Class.
